List of tech tips: "3 things to try before calling the ITS Help Desk. 1. Restart - turn the device off, and then turn it back on. It sounds silly, but it works! 2. Log In - verify caps lock is off and your password is correct. Unless stated otherwise, your username is the first part of your email address with the @sandiego.edu. 3.
