Introducing ITorders: A New Way to Request IT Hardware, Software, and Accessories

ITS has launched ITorders, a new centralized ordering portal for requesting university-supported technology, including computers, hardware, software, accessories, and related IT services.

This new process replaces the previous web forms and individual request pages with one streamlined location for submitting IT orders. This is designed to make the request process clearer and easier to track from start to finish.

What Can Be Ordered Through ITorders?

Faculty and staff should use ITorders to request:

  • Computer Replacement Program (CRP) devices
  • Non-CRP computer purchases
  • Software requests and renewals
  • Accessories and peripherals
  • Department-funded hardware
  • Other supported IT equipment and services

All university computer hardware and software requests should be submitted through ITS to ensure proper review, support, purchasing, deployment, and lifecycle tracking.

Before You Place an Order — Please Note:

  • All prices shown are estimates and are subject to change.
  • Some requests may require department or budget officer approval before they can move forward.
  • Apple devices do not include AppleCare unless otherwise noted.
  • ITS reviews all requests to confirm compatibility, support, and procurement requirements.
