Intro
Quick Facts provides an overview of basic statistics for USD every fall, primarily student-related data. These are the "official" statistics used for federal reports, college guidebooks, and various public and private agencies.
The first fall reports appear in mid-September. Official student counts are taken in September after class enrollments have stabilized. Faculty and staff counts are posted in November after contracts for the full workforce have been signed and approved.
The Quick Facts Tableau dashboards displayed here have 10 years of trend data. If previous years' data are needed you can submit a data request here: IRE Data Request Form
USD faculty and staff can view more detailed data trend tables/visualizations in the Institutional Data section of the Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE) website, which is available through the campus intranet. Access requires a username and password for MySanDiego.
