Zoom Virtual Event

Team Presentations

With over thirty Capstone Design projects to visit, we have divided the presentations into five navigational team Zoom links based on project categories. The main rooms for each project category Zoom link will be hosted by Capstone Design instructors and staff to help guide you through the event. You will be able to navigate to private breakout rooms where you can interact with the project teams of your choice.

The event officially opens on Friday, May 7th at 2:30 p.m. and runs until 4:00 p.m. PDT.  All buttons below and throughout this landing page will switch from the placeholder event link to the live Zoom link at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the event.

Navigating the Event

Choose as many teams as you like to visit over the course of the event. It's easy to navigate by clicking the links on this landing page. Simply use the team listings below  to select which team you wish to join. Room hosts will also have a complete team roster on hand. Next, click on the associated project category Zoom link. Upon entering that main room, the faculty or staff member will assign you to your team of choice and you are on your way! You have the opportunity to move from one breakout room to another within a given main room. When you wish to visit a different project category Zoom link, leave the Zoom session you are in, return to this landing page, select and click on the next project category Zoom link of your choice, and you are free to interact with the teams in that new space.

When in doubt, ask our hosts — we are here to make this a memorable experience for all of our participants and attendees!
