President, Strata Equity Group
David is the president of Strata Equity Group, a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in owning and operating multi-family and commercial properties and entitling undeveloped land for master planned communities. He is responsible for developing and implementing the company's acquisition, financing, operations, entitlement and disposition strategy. David has been actively engaged in the real estate industry since 1999 and he has overseen more than $2.5 billion in transaction volume. David received a bachelor’s in international economics, with a specialization in Latin America and a minor in accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of San Diego. David is a member of a number of organizations, including the Young Presidents Organization, NMHC, ULI, ICSC and the BMC Real Estate Committee.
