Erendira "Eri" is president and co-founder of Sunwood Ventures and has served in this role since 2008. Her wide-ranging responsibilities include: corporate planning, transaction execution, project management and office operations. Eri oversees market analysis, business plans, feasibility analysis, and investment packages. Known for her thoroughness and consummate eye for detail, Eri is a highly effective editor of words and numbers. She is an advanced user of ARGUS, Tract Pie and Excel. She conducts feasibility analyses and develops business plans, creating forecasts and monitoring the updating of business plans for current assets. Eri’s background in information systems, coupled with her intuitive sense for software allows the company to stay current with rapidly evolving technology. She received two undergraduate degrees from the University of the Pacific, focusing in accounting and in computer information systems. Eri also earned an MBA from the University of San Diego, with an emphasis in finance.
