Steve is founding principal at SENTRE. He has spent decades investing in business, people and his community. Steve developed a relationship with GE Pension Trust, which together with SENTRE became a major stakeholder in downtown San Diego. With a focus on new concepts and ideas, Steve, along with Lorenzo Berho, co-founded Vesta, a Mexican industrial real estate fund with approximately 30 million square feet of leased industrial properties throughout Mexico. He co-founded Bandwidth Now, which transforms commercial buildings into "next gen" environments, using its patent pending Building Optical Network (BON). Steve is the grandson of Arthur Banker, co-founder of Coldwell Banker (now CB Richard Ellis or CBRE). He has heightened respect for the rich history that surrounds San Diego. With countless honors in technology, community and real estate, Steve is a past recipient of the Alonzo Horton Founder's Award, downtown San Diego’s most prestigious honor. He graduated from UCLA and received an MBA from USC.
