Charles "Charlie" is the founder and managing partner of Finest City Realty Advisors, which specializes in acquisition and development of medical office, light industrial centers and sports facilities in Southern California. He has been the principal in charge of the development and acquisition of more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions and more than 13 million sq. feet of medical office, corporate build-to-suits, retail, industrial, professional office and mixed-use projects. Previously, Charlie ran the Koll Development office in San Diego as their managing partner. He earned a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from the University of San Diego (USD). He is actively involved in a number of community boards, including: president of the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego, and a member of the Burnham-Moores Center's policy advisory board at the University of San Diego. He was a former chairman of NAIOP California State Council and a past president of NAIOP San Diego.
