Nicole Caya-Winfield ‘08 is the CEO and president of Onyx Building Group Inc., where she actively oversees every facet of the business, from project management and accounting to procurement, construction performance and strategic expansion. Nicole ensures optimal operations by fostering open communication and providing essential resources for employee success. Nicole holds both C-9 and C-35 Contractors Licenses. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, she is a certified safety-trained supervisor of construction (STSC), a LEED green associate and maintains her OSHA 30 Certification and CPR training, embodying her dedication to safety and sustainability in construction. Nicole is an alumna of the University of San Diego.
