Julia Turpit is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience specializing in recruiting and real estate. She built her recruiting foundation with San Francisco based Cypress HCM, a national technology and marketing recruiting firm. Julia helped build out the local San Diego office and contributed to its significant financial success. Intrigued by San Diego's active commercial real estate market, Julia then worked for Burger Construction, a premier San Diego based commercial tenant improvement contractor, where she utilized her marketing and business development expertise. Over the last eight years, Julia has combined her recruiting and real estate experience as a consultant for Building Careers. In this capacity, Julia helped leading commercial real estate organizations find and retain top tier employees throughout West Coast markets. Julia's passion for people and their personal and professional success drives her daily recruiting and real estate efforts and fosters long-standing relationships. She is actively involved with San Diego local real estate organizations and currently serves on the NAIOP San Diego Developing Leaders Council. Julia is also a member of SDAR and CREA. She is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and Realtor® supporting residential buyers and sellers throughout San Diego.
