As vice president of Asset Management, Lesley Hudson '20 MSRE oversees IQHQ’s 10M+ square foot life science portfolio from a strategic investment perspective, ensuring that the goals and objectives of every asset are established and carried out through effective management and operation to maximize asset value. Lesley brings more than 15 years of real estate management expertise, overseeing the operations of complex real estate campuses, including life science, retail, office and medical office buildings. Prior to IQHQ, Lesley led the property management division for CBRE San Diego and represented some of the largest institutional investors in the United States, including REITs, international clients, pension funds and private equity firms. Beyond her asset management work, Lesley is committed to giving back to the industry and her community through education and mentorship. She is an alumnus of NAIOP and ICSC and is an active USD Alumni Association Member and mentor. Among other accolades, Lesley was recognized as a finalist for "Agent of the Year" by the San Diego Business Journal’s 2021 Commercial Real Estate Awards. Lesley holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego Knauss School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is also a former NCAA Division I volleyball student athlete at Utah State University. Lesley was born and raised in San Diego.
