John is the chief operating officer at Midtown National Group, a privately held real estate firm in Solana Beach, CA. With over 20 years in the commercial debt and equity markets, he is responsible for providing the company with a broad understanding of the capital markets. John is also responsible for portfolio composition and management and oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and construction of single-tenant retail properties. He also coordinates all types of 1031 exchanges (forward, reverse and construction) and negotiates with sellers, buyers, brokers and lenders on all transactions. John graduated from the University of San Diego in 1994 with a bachelor's in business administration.
