Renee M. Savage, CPM®, CCIM, is the president of SavageCRE, Inc, a consulting company supporting property owners, developers and companies in the commercial real estate industry. She has more than 33 years of experience in property and asset management and corporate operations and holds a bachelor's in business administration from the University of San Diego.
Savage with has long been active IREM at both the local and international level. She has served in San Diego in numerous leadership positions, including that of president and has received numerous awards from the Chapter. Savage also serves IREM at the international level as the 2023 IREM president, 2022 president-elect and 2021 secretary/treasurer.
Savage was recognized as a “Who’s Who in Real Estate” by the San Diego Transcript in 2009, and was honored by IREM in 2013 as a “Woman Changing the World of Real Estate Management.” In 2019, she was named a Gold winner of the Women of Influence award for property management by GlobeSt.com and in 2021, she was recognized as a “Woman of Influence 50 over 50” by the San Diego Business Journal.
