Ben is the founder and CEO of Arnold Family Corporation, a South Carolina based development company, and has over 30 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate. Arnold Family Corporation specializes in the acquisition, development and management of office, warehouse, entertainment and retail space in the Carolinas as well as multifamily communities throughout the Southeast. Arnold Family Corporation has received several awards and industry recognition for its projects. Ben earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in both finance and real estate. Ben and his family moved to La Jolla, California in 2016 and serves on the Board of Trustees for Congregation Beth El and the Finance Committee of the Jewish Community Foundation San Diego. Ben became a founder of the Hebrew Free Loan of San Diego to address Jewish poverty throughout the San Diego region. Ben and his wife, Lisa, established the Arnold Family Tzedakah Fund to provide support to charities that enhance quality of life through healthcare and education. He is also on the Real Estate Committee for Sharp Hospital overseeing 5,000,000 square feet of medical space. In addition, Ben serves on the Downtown San Diego Partnership Board that works to improve 290 blocks of downtown San Diego.
