Portfolio Manager, International Investments Company
Mary Ann Yaghdjian ’07 MSRE is the portfolio manager at the International Investments Company. She joined her family’s commercial real estate business sooner than she planned, but hasn’t looked back since. Mary Ann started learning about the family business from the ground up. Currently, she is responsible for the portfolio’s large-scale capital and tenant improvement projects and enjoys working with tenants and creating spaces in which they can thrive. Mary Ann graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s in communication and a minor in business and obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of San Diego in 2007. She is also a CA Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mary Ann is actively engaged with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2006 and also serves on various local and international charities. She is proud and grateful to be first generation American born and a San Diego native.
