Vice President, Stos Partners
Sean Giffin '11 MSRE currently serves as vice president at Stos Partners and is responsible for the acquisitions of multifamily assets in Southern California and Arizona. Prior to joining Stos Partners, Sean was director of asset management and acquisitions for Presidio Property Trust and director of leasing and asset management at Liberty Station in Point Loma. Sean has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in San Diego. Sean received a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego School of Business. He is also a California state licensed broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member and former chair of the NAIOP Developing Leaders, San Diego Chapter.
