Student Ambassador - Full-Time
John grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Information Systems from the University of Utah. He has experience in real estate development, market research, and investment analysis, having worked on multifamily, self-storage, and industrial projects. His responsibilities have included producing offering memorandums, managing lease renewals, and leading due diligence efforts that supported successful construction financing. Currently pursuing a joint MSRE/MBA at the University of San Diego, John aims to deepen his expertise in real estate capital markets, development, and private equity. He is particularly interested in ground-up and value-add development, where he can apply his analytical skills and project experience to create long-term value. Outside the classroom, John is passionate about the outdoors and aviation. He grew up ski racing in the mountains of Utah and still enjoys spending time on the slopes. He is currently pursuing his private pilot’s license and finds flying to be a rewarding challenge that blends discipline, focus, and adventure.
