Full-time daystudents must adhere to the ABA rule (ABA305(a)(iii)) limiting employment to no more than 20 hours per week during the academic year.

Judicial Opportunities
Judicial Externships (Before Graduation)
Students are alerted by email to opportunities to work for local federal, state, and administrative law judges during the summer and school year. Career Services will also assist you with externships applications outside of San Diego for the summer.
Judicial Clerkships (Post Graduation)
Information on state court clerkships can be found in the “Announcements” area of Symplicity. Students and graduates interested in federal clerkships will find detailed instructions in the Clerkship Guide located in Symplicity's Career Services Guides. Career Services will assist you with the judicial clerkship application process, including processing faculty letters of recommendation. View more information.
