Entertainment, Sports & Intellectual Property Internship Program

How Can Employers Get Involved?

Students are responsible for finding acceptable internship positions, obtaining program approval for course enrollment, and enrolling during the course registration period. As an employer, you can advertise your internship opportunities through our Career Services Office.

The Career Services Office provides several ways to recruit USD students. When choosing your recruiting method, keep in mind that students generally secure internship positions before the start of the semester in order to receive academic credit for their work with your organization.

Each semester the Career Services Office offers a formal student recruiting program: Fall & Spring Recruiting Programs:

For law job postings please consider the USD Law Job Board: The USD Job Board is a centralized online resource providing students with direct access to your internship posting throughout the year. Only USD Law students will have access to posted opportunities.

If you would like to discuss the best way to recruit a USD legal intern, please email Scott Morris, Esq., our Assistant Director of Employer Outreach and Communication, or call (619) 260-4701.
