ANTH 495: Research Seminar
In Fall Semester, 2008, Julia Elsey, Lindsey Fleet, Juliana Hinch, Justin Kopicki, Nathan Mathew, and Megan Metzger erected a Christmas Tree in Serra Hall as part of their research project in Anthropology 495: Research Seminar, under the direction of Dr. Alana Cordy-Collins. The project investigated the origins of Christmas traditions--especially the Christmas Tree. An accompanying POSTER reveals some extraordinary discoveries. The research will be more fully presented in USD's "Creative Collaborations," Spring Semester, 2009.
