The JD/MA in Law and Peace and Justice Concurrent Degree combines a JD from the University of San Diego's School of Law and an MA in Peace and Justice (MAPJ) from the Kroc School of Peace Studies. The JD/MAPJ Concurrent Degree is designed as a four-year commitment. Students spend the first year completing required coursework through the law school. The second year is devoted to Kroc School coursework In the final two years, students will take classes at the School of Law and the Kroc School to complete the requirements for both degrees.

There are 112 total credits for both degrees (30 credits from MAPJ and 82 credits from JD).
Aside from the 3 Intersession credits during Year 2, all credits can be taken in regular semesters; no additional summer credits required.
