Explore the coast together on a relaxed hike through Annie’s Canyon and the San Elijo Lagoon. This easy, 2-mile round-trip outing follows a mostly flat trail and is ideal for grandparents, students, and all ability levels. Participants can enjoy scenic lagoon views and choose whether to add a short, optional slot canyon adventure. Outdoor Adventures student leaders and a catered box lunch with a choice of sandwich is included. Transportation can be provided from campus or you may meet us at the trailhead. Just a 30-minute drive from campus, this outing offers a simple, memorable way to connect across generations while enjoying the amazing outdoors that San Diego is known for.
What to Expect
