As part of the LDC’s comprehensive online design services, we provide training and professional development to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who work with the LDC to design online courses as well as for online faculty who are contracted to teach in one of USD’s online degree programs.

USD Online Course Quick Fix Requests
For Canvas-related tech issues, questions, or quick fixes, online instructors can submit a help desk ticket to LDCsupport@sandiego.edu. Common issues that LDC Support can assist with are typically: link updates on course pages, setting adjustments for assignments and assessments, Gradebook troubleshooting, and using course tools (discussion boards, groups, quizzes, etc.).
