What is the Inspire Experience?
The Inspire LLC is a one semester experience for new first-year students that start at USD during the spring semester. As part of the Inspire LLC, students will take a LLC class with other new Spring first-year students. Unlike the other yearlong LLC themes, Inspire students live throughout the different first-year experience residence halls, among the other yearlong LLC students.

Inspire LLC Courses
Each of the courses below fulfills the First-Year Integration Core requirement, and most fulfill at least one other core area (see individual course listings for details).
All Inspire LLC courses will have an LLC Hour attached to the course from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays.
As you begin your journey at USD, our program is here to help you transition and meet peers in your new community. We are committed to helping you forge your academic path, find your passions and start off strong.
Having the opportunity to be apart of the Inspire LLC as a first year student provided me with the chance to connect with students who were passionate about learning. We leaned on each other and created a strong community based on humility, trust and honesty. Many of my closest friends today were people I met the first week of classes through my LLC Class.
