Professional Experience

Professor Roberts began his teaching career in 2018 at the University of San Diego School of Law as an Adjunct Law Professor. Prior to academia, Professor Roberts worked as a Class Action Attorney at Mara Law Firm, PC. In 2021, Professor Roberts joined the Law Offices of Mark Yablonovich as a Senior Attorney with a focus on complex litigation, including class actions and representative actions. He also represented victims of childhood sexual abuse. In 2025, Professor Roberts founded Legendary Law, a boutique firm where he currently serves as President and Managing Attorney. At Legendary Law, Professor Roberts focuses his practice on employee rights, class actions, personal injury, sports law and name, image, and likeness (NIL) matters, as well as contract law.

Honors and Affiliations

Professor Roberts earned his B.S. in environmental science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
