Professional Experience
Professor Caley Petrucci is a corporate law scholar with a focus on dealmaking.
Prior to joining USD, Professor Petrucci served as a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. She previously practiced as an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where her work focused on M&A transactions and corporate governance.
Professor Petrucci’s scholarship has been published in the Harvard Law Review, Columbia Law Review, and Yale Journal on Regulation, among others.
Honors and Affiliations
Professor Petrucci holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. Professor Petrucci served as an articles editor on the Harvard Law Review, and an editor on the Harvard Business Law Review, Journal of Legislation, and Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. She received her B.A. with Honors and Distinction in Psychology from Stanford University, where she was awarded the Robert B. Zajonc Award for her honors thesis on linguistic framing and naïve realism.
