Originalism Works-in-Progress Conference
The annual Hugh & Hazel Darling Foundation Originalism Works-in-Progress Conference is sponsored by the Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism. The two-day annual conference invites top legal scholars to USD to present new works concerning Originalism for debate and discussion. The conference is traditionally held in February. Patent Law Conference
The annual USD School of Law Patent Law Conference is sponsored by the Center for Intellectual Property Law and Markets. Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum
The USD School of Law's annual Class Action Law Forum (CALF) is held in collaboration with Western Alliance Bank and directly benefits the Western Alliance Bank Scholarship Fund supporting a USD Law School student in financial need. Attendees hear insights and take part in discussions on the most important developments and issues surrounding class actions and mass torts. Panelists include sitting federal judges and top defense and plaintiffs' attorneys.
