Students can view your Panopto videos inside Canvas with their course enrollment credentials being passed on to Panopto. See how: Embed Panopto Videos in Canvas
You can create video assignments for your students and then have students submit these videos in Panopto. You can also add interactive quizzes inside videos you have already published to Panopto. Find out how: Video Assignments and Quizzes
