Lead Desktop Support Technician
My job is supporting the staff, administrators and faculty in the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice building, Camino Hall’s Arts and Science departments, Facilities Management, Dean’s Office and Provost’s Office. The majority of my duties consist of troubleshooting and installing new Windows and Apple computers, printers, client management software, smartphones, office scanners, and other business equipment for the faculty and staff. I also provide support and mentorship for other desktop technicians daily duties and projects.
