Desktop Support Technician

I provide technical support for staff, administrators and faculty in the School of Law. I support several types of client technology including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and multi-function printers that are maintained by ITS. Most of my work involves troubleshooting technical issues and installing new computers.
