Strategic Plan

After the successful completion of our first strategic plan (2013-2018), the University Galleries set out to create strategic priorities that would direct the vision of this department’s activities for the next five years. Closely following the university’s “Envisioning 2024” plan, University Galleries seek to support the mission, goals, and values set by the University of San Diego in every project that we undertake. Numerous constituents were involved in the drafting of our new plan, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and our Curatorial Advisory Committee. The resulting plan received approval from Senior Vice President and Provost Gail F. Baker in June of 2019.

The University Galleries is guided by an advisory committee composed of university faculty, administrators, and outside community members:
