Chapter Rosters

This page will cover how chapters should be chapter members roster, roster changes, and chapter leaders' contact information, regular or semesterly basis.


Chapter Rosters

Chapters receive an email from OFSL staff at the beginning of each semester with their current roster on file. Chapters are then asked to update the roster by confirming or adjusting each member’s status for that semester.

2025 - 2026 Roster Deadlines are as follows:

  • 2025 Fall Due Dates
    • Start of Semester
      • College Panhellenic Association Chapters - September 2nd
      • Interfraternity Council & Multicultural Greek Council Chapters - September 12th
    • End of Semester Changes - December 12th
  • 2026 Spring Due Dates
    • Start of Semester
      • College Panhellenic Association Chapters - January 15th
      • Interfraternity Council & Multicultural Greek Council Chapters - February 6th
    • End of Semester Changes - May 11th

After the roster deadline, any changes to membership must be submitted through the FSL Change In Membership Status form. Please see additional information below.

FSL Change In Membership Status

This form is designed to notify the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of San Diego of any official changes in membership status within your chapter after the roster deadline has passed. Whether it’s a resignation, status change, or alumni transition, all updates must be documented to ensure accurate records are maintained for each chapter.

Chapter Leader Roster

Chapter leader rosters must be submitted to the OFSL to ensure accurate contact information is available and shared between chapter offices, the OFSL, campus partners, and councils. Chapter leader rosters require chapters to submit information for all executive board officers, director/chair positions, and advisors.

All chapter leader rosters must be submitted using the Google Sheets template linked here, sent to the fsl@sandiego.edu.

  • 2025 Fall Due Dates
    • Fall 2025 Exec Board: September 3, 2025
    • Post-Elections New Chapter Officers Roster for Spring 2026: December 12th
  • 2026 Spring Due Dates
    • Exec Board Officers Update/Changes: January 31, 2026
    • Post-Elections New Chapter Officers Roster for Fall 2026: May 11th
