Amanda Kellaris, M.S., earned her master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, where her graduate research examined how the Big Five personality traits and job satisfaction influence turnover intentions across remote and in-person work samples. She has served as a teaching assistant for statistical methods in psychology and has applied her expertise in areas such as hiring and selection, human resources, and organizational effectiveness consulting.
Amanda is passionate about leveraging psychological science to create healthier, more effective workplaces.
Scholarly Work
Amanda Kellaris has presented research at local, regional, and national conferences on topics such as personality and mindset, resilience before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the role of well-being in employability. She has also co-authored a commentary on person-centered research published in The Industrial and Organizational Psychologist (TIP). Her work integrates applied and theoretical perspectives, with an emphasis on how personality, job attitudes, and employability contribute to employee outcomes and workplace effectiveness.
