Students interested in earning a Multiple Subjects credential for K-6 elementary teaching, and/or an Education Specialist credential for mild-moderate disabilities may elect the Certificate in Elementary and/or Special Education. This certificate includes the courses required for the teaching credential, which provide foundational learning experiences for prospective teachers and give students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in a classroom environment. The certificate will also assist students and their advisors by clarifying and tracking the required coursework.
