Lecturer in Finance
Noelle Hallman has served as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego since 2018, teaching both personal and corporate finance.
Noelle has been a leader in the financial services industry since 1988. She began her career as a Financial Consultant with E.F. Hutton (now Morgan Stanley) and went on to serve as Vice President and Wholesaler with John Hancock Funds for nine years, followed by eight years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management. She later joined The Vanguard Group as a Sales Executive before becoming Sales Manager for seven Morgan Stanley branches across San Diego in 2017. In 2019, Noelle returned to her roots as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley, where she worked until her retirement in 2023.
Throughout her career, Noelle has conducted hundreds of client seminars on topics such as Investing Internationally and Women and Investing. She has also appeared on numerous television programs as a financial markets expert, speaking on subjects ranging from the Global Financial Crisis to Teaching Youth Financial Literacy. She is also a proud mother to her 27-year-old daughter, a content creator based in Los Angeles.
