The Master of Science in Real Estate can be completed on a full-time or part-time schedule. Full-time students complete the program in two semesters, while part-time students finish in four semesters. Full-time students attend classes four days a week and part-time students attend classes two days a week at 4 p.m., at the University of San Diego campus.
Core curriculum = 32 credits
The following classes take place outside of the normal schedule:
- MSRE 500 is an all-day, five-day course in late August before fall semester classes begin
- MSRE 510 is a capstone course held in May the week before graduation
- MSRE 509 is a short-term study abroad program that takes place during the January Intersession. Students can participate on-site or in a hybrid format.
International students are also required to participate in an introductory program before the first semester starts.
