Akhil joined the Pacifica Companies management team in 2015, where he oversees the retail and commercial real estate division. Akhil leads the team that focuses on the nationwide expansion of the retail business division, which will ensure continued diversification of Pacifica’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Pacifica, Akhil worked in capital markets at both HFF and Colliers International, bringing more than seven years of experience in real estate investment to the Pacifica team. Akhil earned a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree from the University of San Diego.
