Beyster Institute
Realistic Training. Lasting Impact.
Research tells us that nurses have just three minutes to build trust with a patient, and manikins alone can’t replicate that experience. That’s where the Dickinson Nursing Simulation Center (DNSC) comes in.
By combining advanced hospital-grade equipment with trained actors, the center creates realistic clinical scenarios that help students strengthen technical skills, empathy, and confidence, all in a supportive environment with real-time faculty feedback.
The result? Nursing graduates who are ready to lead with both competence and compassion.
