Admission Criteria
- MSN degree from an approved, accredited school
- Graduate grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Completion of the University Application for the Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Program
- One official transcript from each college or university attended
- Three professional recommendations (including two from nurses with doctoral degrees)
- An example of scholarly writing (thesis, article, paper)
- Basic computer literacy
- Resume
- Interview (Only qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview based on initial review of their application.)

The priority application deadline is February 1 for Fall Entrance. All materials must be received by the priority deadline to receive priority consideration.
