Overview

Provide access to students, faculty and advisors to the student administrative system

Features

Students are provided access to their biographical and academic records, registration and graduation functions. Faculty are able to review class rosters, grade students and approve registration error overrides. Advisors are able to see their advisees, remove registration holds, view academic data required that are for advising purposes.

Requirements

SSB users must be a student, faculty or advisor and have access the the MySanDiego portal

Data security restrictions

Data view and access is limited to the individual's data or that which is associated with the faculty or advisor

How to use

Login access is provided through the MySanDiego.edu portal through links on the One-Stop and Teach-Advise tabs

Support

Functional and Technical support is provided by the ERP Tech staff
