Overview
Kronos is an hourly timekeeping system that is used to track employee time either from a time clock or through the Web. Kronos is typically used by hourly employees to submit their work hours, sick leave, vacation time, etc. Reports are available to supervisors and to USD Payroll.
Available to
Staff USD hourly employees, including student workers. Supervisors of these employees also have access to Kronos.
Features

Requirements
Must be a University of San Diego employee paid hourly (typically on the bi-weekly payroll) and designated to use Kronos, or the supervisor of an hourly employee.
Data security restrictions
Requires a University of San Diego ID card for a time clock, or a username and password for the Web
How to use
Kronos time clocks are located in several key areas for employee who use time clocks. To enter time from a PC, use https://kronos.sandiego.edu. For those entering time from a MAC, use kronos.sandiego.edu/mac. Information on the use of Kronos can be found at www.sandiego.edu/payroll/kronos/information.php.Inf.
