Enrollment Process

2017-2018 Annual Enrollment Cycle

The enrollment deadline was February 24, 2018. If you are a full-time student and did not submit a form, please visit www.gallagherstudent.com/usd to check that you have been enrolled.
  1. Go to www.gallagherstudent.com/usd.
    1. Click here if you are an International Student
  2. Click on 'Student Waive/Enroll'.
  3. Log in using your USD email address as your username and your password will be your student ID number. 
  4. Complete the decision form:
    • If enrolling, select this option and complete the requested information.  
  5. Review the information entered for accuracy and click 'submit' to complete the process.  Immediately upon submitting your Online Form you will receive a reference number. Please note and keep this information for your record.

Note: If no form is submitted by the published deadline, students are enrolled into the annual plan and responsible for the premium billed to their student account.
