9/3-12/12 6-7 PM Fall Masters Swim Program: Monday - Thursday, 6 - 7 PM, $80 for the semester, $25 per month or $15 per week. Register HERE.
9/3-12/12 - USD FIT Group Ex Program: Are you ready to work out AND have fun?!?! Then Group Ex is for you! Enjoy over 20 classes per week all semester for one flat rate. Classes include Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Boot Camp, Toning/Conditioning and more (register here)!

Spring 2015 Recreation Credit class registration opens! Check out the Spring 2015 Rec Class Schedule Here and find time to fit in fitness into your spring schedule! Credit registration: use your portal with code "EDRC". *Non-credit registration will not open until January. All classes are open to all students, staff/faculty and affiliates with a facilities use pass.

Shoe donation drive: Clean out your closet this holiday season and donate your old shoes to a great cause. All shoes donated will go to people in need in 4th world countries. Drop off bins are located at the Sports Center (by the snack bar) and the check in desk at the Mission Fitness Center (level 2).

Ugly Sweater 5k Fun Run: Join us on Saturday the 22nd for a fun 5k right here on campus. This event is sponsored by the USD Medical Brigades and 100% of the proceeds will go towards providing medical aid to undeserved populations in Panama in 2015. $15 per person, must register online by 11/20.

Massage for Stress Reduction WorkshopThis workshop is designed to relax even the most stressed out bodies! An instructor will guide the class through a series of massage techniques specifically designed to relax your muscles. The instructor will also review some holistic health tips and tricks to keep you healthy throughout the stressful time of finals week. $10 per person, must register online by 12/2

FREE Finals Week Fitness Classes: Revitalize with Exercise!  Enjoy free yoga, boot camp, Pilates, Zumba and more and be sure to arrive early as space is limited.
