Spring GroupEx Fitness Classes is now HALF OFF: Enjoy nearly 20 weekly classes for one flat mid-semester rate. Classes include Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Flow, Boot Camp, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Total Body Conditioning and more! Register online

Masters Swim TrainingGet back in the water this spring with masters swimming. An experienced coach will guide you through a variety of workouts ranging from 1500 to 3000 yards per class. Program is Mon-Thurs, 6-7 PM and is $80 for the semester, $25 for a month, or $10 for a well.  Register online.

Fitness Testing & Mapping: Have you ever wondered what your overall Wellness Score is? We have brand new state-of-the-art fitness testing equipment that can assess you in your overall wellness and also your fitness (blood pressure, BMI, heart rate, flexibility, strength, endurance, and more!). Each test is only $10 and administered by a trained fitness technician. Register today for your private testing and discover your score!

Fall 2015 Recreation Class RegistrationCheck out our recreation & fitness class offerings and discover what moves you this fall. We offer a variety of credit or non-credit classes in Aquatics, Martial Arts, Recreation, Fitness/Wellness, and Dance. Credit registration runs 4/7-9/14 and non-credit registration runs 8/4-9/14.  Classes are open to all students and affiliates.
