Refunds
Tuition for Intersession is partially or fully refundable only when a student officially withdraws by submitting the Torero Hub Question Form and only according to the schedule below.

Other Refund Information
- No further refunds are given after the 50% deadline.
- Refunds for courses not conforming to the 3-week Intersession calendar will be calculated individually.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- One-unit (1) courses cannot be dropped after the first meeting day.
- If you do not officially withdraw, you will be responsible for 100% your tuition charges.
- Housing costs, less a $150 non-refundable deposit, will be refunded only when withdrawal is official according to the tuition refund schedule.
- For classes whose dates do not follow the set USD Academic Calendar, email ksbstudentsuccess@sandiego.edu for assistance adding/dropping. Please note this includes Summer and Intersession MBA courses.
Official Withdrawal
If you decide not to take a course that you reserved, you must drop the course prior to the first day of class by submitting the Torero Hub Question Form. If you fail to attend the class you signed up for, and you do not go to the Torero Hub to officially withdraw, you will be assigned a grade of “F” and charged for the class.
If you do not officially withdraw, you will be responsible for your registration charges.
