Dr. Moises Alvarado Garcia is a passionate and transformative leader dedicated to helping students succeed. He believes in creating environments where every student—especially those from groups historically overlooked—can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Moises’s work is focused on making sure more students stay in college and earn their degrees. He achieves this through intentional planning that recognizes and supports the unique backgrounds of students. He is known for using individualized coaching that is strengths-based, meaning he starts by recognizing a student's talents and building upon them. This approach offers a holistic kind of support, focusing on the whole person, not just their grades.

His experience in managing programs and using data allows him to serve as a powerful advocate for students. He is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community that empowers students to be resilient and confident.
