"Arielle “Kai” Taramasco earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Journalism from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2019. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of nonprofit roles, advancing initiatives at the intersection of community empowerment, equity, and social impact. Her professional experience includes leading programs that strengthen underserved communities, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and championing projects that address systemic inequalities.
Kai served as a 2025-26 Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice Practice Fellow, as well as Director of Communications for the Kroc Graduate Student Association. She recieved her MA in Social Innovation and Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship at USD in 2026.
