Arielle “Kai” Taramasco earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Journalism from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2019. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of nonprofit roles, advancing initiatives at the intersection of community empowerment, equity, and social impact. Her professional experience includes leading programs that strengthen underserved communities, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and championing projects that address systemic inequalities.
In 2025 she is pursuing her MA in Social Innovation at USD, and is honored to serve as this year’s Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice Practice Fellow, where she will continue to build on her commitment to research and practice that challenge inequity and uplift marginalized voices.
