Tori Luna is Assistant Director for Monitoring and Evaluation at the Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice. Previously, she worked at the San Diego Diplomacy Council, leading and managing professional, cultural and educational exchange programs both locally and globally. Raised between San Diego and Tijuana, she brings a fronteriza/ borderlands perspective to her work. She holds a B.A. in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University and an M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University.
