USD is regularly recognized among the most beautiful campuses in America thanks to the many dedicated people who make this a welcoming environment to learn, work and live. Our physical plant and facilities are an important part of the USD experience and we are constantly working to maintain and provide the best learning and work environment on campus. Goal #3 of our Lighting the Way to 2030 strategic plan centers on responsible stewardship, which includes how we utilize and maximize our spaces.

Kicking off in summer 2025, the Campus Space Study will inventory and assess how we are currently activating our existing academic and administrative built assets and identify recommendations as to how we can improve or maximize our existing built environment.

We appreciate the community’s support in this initiative. For any questions, please contact vicepresidentforoperations@sandiego.edu.
