USD Center for Complex Litigation

Director, Shawn Miller

The Center for Complex Litigation strives to serve as the University of San Diego School of Law's nexus of professional, policy and research endeavors related to class action and mass tort disputes. It provides a forum where current students, lawyers, clients, judges and policymakers can share ideas about complex litigation procedure and policy. The center's professional workshops provide opportunities for students and community members to network and engage in discussions about career opportunities and current high profile disputes. Each year, the center leads the School of Law's co-management and co-sponsorship of the Class Action Law Forum, the largest professional conference on complex litigation in the Western United States.
